How does membership work?

Becoming a member allows a user access to the members' area of the site where all the resources are available to download instantly. Membership represents great value for money as subscribers are authorised to download materials free of charge once the membership fee has been paid. Depending on the type of membership you opt for, subscribers are given a number of credits to spend on the site each month. Credits are our very own currency and are spent whenever a resource is downloaded from the website. Individual Membership gives users a number of credits per month to download any number of resources. School membership users can download an unlimited number of materials (with a 300-credit daily cap) during their period of membership. For more information about credits and membership please click here.

Who makes the resources?

The resources have been made by a range of primary school teacher authors.

I have a new email address but cannot update the email details on my account

Just email us at services@teacher-of-primary.co.uk and we'll update it for you.

How and when do my credits update?

Credits update on the 'monthly anniversary' of the date you joined the website.  For example, if you joined on 23rd October your credits will refresh on 23rd of each month.  If you are an individual member the number of credits will return to 50 or 100 (depending upon your membership package) when they update.  Therefore, it's wise to use your credits each month as they don't carry over into the following month.  If you are a school member your account has unlimited monthly downloads (with a 300-credit daily cap) from the date you join the site until the date the account closes.
